Cancellation Policy
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment.
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged 100% of the cost of your appointment.
Rescheduling is only allowed once per appointment. If you cancel or reschedule an already rescheduled appointment, you will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
To protect appointment availability and scheduling consistency, repeated cancellations or rescheduling may require prepayment, a cancellation/rescheduling fee, or restricted access to advance booking.
